Return Policy

Devices (excluding computer hardware and new, sealed products) can be returned within 24 hours of purchase with a valid receipt, for any reason. All devices are covered by a 7-day repair warranty. This means that if you face any issues such as problems with the battery, speaker, or camera within 7 days, we will repair it at no additional cost to you.

Please note, the 7-day repair warranty does not cover damages caused by the user, including physical or water damage.

All accessory purchases are final and cannot be returned or refunded. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

For selected computers, we may provide a one-year manufacturer's warranty. However, all sales of computer hardware are final and non-refundable.
